The national pastime returns home to the PlayStation in 989 Sports' MLB 2004. Like it's teammate on the PS2, this year's PS baseball sim features all the teams and players from the most recent (2002) Major League Baseball season. Motion-captured animations and detailed virtual stadiums are designed to bring the game to life. Features: Options include adjustable innings, fielding aid, time of day, errors, injuries, and alternate uniforms Seasons can span 14, 29, or a full 162 games Create a prospect and earn status points to make it to the majors in Spring Training mode Each created player has 236 ability points to assign to various categories Track individual stats against the computer or a friend by storing up to eight user records
