Agreement to Terms

Content Guidelines

ROM Distribution and Game Files

Retro Explore does not distribute, host, or provide ROMs or any illegal game copies.

Our Service provides information about retro games for educational and nostalgic purposes only. We do not facilitate, encourage, or support the distribution of copyrighted game files.

Users are strictly forbidden from:

• Sharing, uploading, or distributing ROM files or game copies
• Posting links to ROM download sites

Any user found sharing or promoting illegal game files will have their account immediately terminated. We comply with all copyright laws and will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests.
