Fish using the directional buttons to catch all 16 fish and complete the museum. Each catch earns Frog Tokens, which can be spent in the shop on extra goodies, and your progress is saved automatically. Press Start on the tackle box to view your fish collection, and check the museum lectern to see how many of each fish you've caught. If you can't interact with an object, make sure you're facing it correctly.
