About

Astronoka tells the story of a group of Space farmers that goes to a planet and them use different breeding machines to plant vegatables and create new species. There are really two games in this title (three if you count the second disk's playable demo, but we'll get to that in a minute). The first game is sort of a farming game in which you plant seeds of various sorts and grow very interesting looking plants. It goes a bit beyond simply planting and growing however as you'll be able to choose particular ones that might be more valuable but also be harder to grow except in very specific conditions. The second part of the game consists of laying puzzle-like traps for creatures that would otherwise enter your garden and steal your aforementioned plants. These traps are placed in order to delay a creatures progress on it's way to your garden. The CD2 is a Demo of the game Itadaki Street - Gorgeous King. The game got also another release called Astronoka [Tankeiban] that was a Bonus disc of Star Ocean the Second Story in Japan.
