About
This was a piece of Netherlands-exclusive distribution software for Gen 3 Pokemon, specifically for the Pokemon Doel Deoxys. The cartridge was distributed in May, 2006 at the TV Toy Museum in the Netherlands as part of an event. The ROM was dumped online and players can now, through an arcane process, claim Doel Deoxys on emulators and hardware.
