2009 · Konami · Football (Soccer) · 1-2 players

About

J.League Winning Eleven 2009: Club Championship is Konami's club-focused football game for PlayStation 2, released in Japan on 6 August 2009. It centers on the 2009 season's J.League and overseas club football rather than the separate World Soccer Winning Eleven 2009 release.

The roster reflects player data current as of 10 April 2009. All 36 J1 and J2 clubs are included, alongside 118 overseas club teams.

The game includes each J.League club's home stadium under its real name. Newly added J.League sides include Tochigi SC, Kataller Toyama, and Fagiano Okayama.

The Emperor's Cup appears in the series for the first time, and the licensed J.League Yamazaki Nabisco Cup is also included. These competitions can be played in Fantasista, Master League, and Cup modes.

Master League allows a club to pursue a domestic treble. Fantasista, the mode built around controlling a single player, adds a camera position that shows the whole pitch.
