"NBA Jam: Tournament Edition" is a fast-paced two-on-two arcade basketball game featuring players from all NBA teams. There are hardly any rules, no fouls, and spectacular dunks. Players are rated across eight categories, including steals, blocks, and three-pointers. Up to four players can join, each controlling a single athlete. The Tournament Edition expands each team to three players and allows substitutions between quarters. Collisions now cause injuries that lower player stats, making strategic switches essential. New features like "Hot Spots" for bonus points, power-ups for arcade-style advantages, "Juice Mode" for faster gameplay, and "Tournament Mode" for challenging matches with unlockable players add extra excitement.
