About

Like the console versions, Rock Revolution for the DS simulates the various instruments of a band. Songs can be played using a guitar (strum on the touch screen), bass (pluck the right string at the right time), drums (tap the right drum at the right time), and vocals (sing into the DS's microphone). Each of the 20 tracks can be played with any instrument. Included is a Rock School, which is a tutorial for the four instruments, a free play mode, a media player, a multiplayer mode, allowing either competitive or cooperative play, and a career mode. The career mode starts you with no money and a garage band. Earn money by playing in gigs, and spend it on better equipment. Some gigs have special rules, like concerts which play two songs in a row.
