About

Rocket Power: Dream Scheme is a 2001 Game Boy Advance game developed by Helixe and published by THQ. It turns Nickelodeon's beachside extreme-sports cartoon into a single-player 2D action-platform adventure set around Ocean Shores.

The story begins with Otto Rocket's nightmare. Dr. Stimpleton has captured Otto's sister Reggie and their friends Twister and Sam, and he intends to use a Stimpleton device to remake Ocean Shores as a Seaside Polka Resort. Otto sets out through the dream to rescue the group and disrupt the scheme.

Progress is organized around a stage-selection map: clearing objectives opens further stages. Missions range from finding imprisoned friends to sabotaging parts of Stimpleton's operation, so the adventure mixes straightforward traversal with goal-based levels and light problem solving.

Otto starts alone, while Reggie, Twister, and Sam become playable as the story advances. The four characters carry the familiar Rocket Power cast into the game, but the focus stays on navigating hazards, enemies, platforms, and collectibles rather than on elaborate character-specific systems.

Movement can be handled on foot, on a skateboard, or on rollerblades. Those options give the side-scrolling levels a sports-themed rhythm, with players choosing the form that best fits a stretch of terrain while jumping, moving through obstacles, and dealing with threats.

The game includes 18 stages, collectible power-ups and stars, and a password system for returning to progress after completing a stage. Its colorful dream settings and polka-factory threat keep the licensed premise at the center of a compact handheld platform game.
