Kei is a computer engineer. One day, he walks into a cyber café. While checking his emails, he notices an unknown email with an attachment. This brings him to a site called "Cat's Eyes". There he sees a film of a man being killed. Not giving it importance, he looks at it as a game to pass the time. The next day, he sees the exact same murder on the television news.
