About

Released in Japan for the Game Boy in 1996, Crayon Shin-chan: Ora no Gokigen Collection is a Bandai game built around the Crayon Shin-chan characters.

The story has Shinnosuke searching the neighborhood for his missing baby sister, Himawari. Progress comes from clearing the games encountered along the way.

Rather than a single continuous action adventure, it is a collection of short minigames. It brings together ten popular minigames from earlier Game Boy Shin-chan releases and adds four new games.

The activities include a daruma-san ga koronda-style stop-and-go game, tricycle racing, and maze play. Each challenge focuses on its own simple objective and timing.

Clearing minigames advances the search and earns items. A password is displayed after each completed game, allowing progress to be recorded.

The cartridge is the final Game Boy entry in this line of Crayon Shin-chan games. It is a Japan-only release for the original Game Boy.
